Reece was trained and mentored by the renowned artist Ollie Hughes in London, who is one of the top SMP artists in the world and is known for doing many professional footballers including Wayne Rooney. Reece has since moved to Yorkshire and transferred all of his skills from London to Leeds. Having originaly had a background in hairdressing, Reece is experienced in creating natural-looking hairlines and he is able to take into account age, ethnicity, and head shape, creating bespoke hairlines that complement a persons features and boosts their confidence.
He is the only known SMP artist in Yorkshire who offers a 4th session completley free of charge. Most SMP artists will only offer 3 sessions for the procedure, however Reece has found through his experience that 3 sessions isnt always enough as he has found that a 4th session is crucial to achieving the most natural, realsitic result. This is because he is so passonate about producing the best outcome for his clients (as you can see from his reviews).
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
At Scalp Confidence, your treatment will be completed over 3-4 sessions. This enables each pigment layer to heal and settle before applying the next. This is the optimal way to perform scalp micropigmentation and produces the most natural looking results.Each treatment session takes approximately 2-4 hours to complete, and is generally a very comfortable process. Some clients experience a little discomfort, although this is rare and subsides more or less immediately after the session is finished. Your scalp takes 4-5 days to heal, and a further 2-3 days for the pigments to settle and soften.Most clients require top-up sessions every 3-4 years. The duration of your treatment result depends on many factors including your skin type, immune response, your lifestyle and how closely you follow our aftercare guidelines. Generally speaking, you just need to moisturise your scalp daily, take adequate precautions in the sun and avoid the use of skin products containing high levels of alcohol. Aside from these requirements, scalp micropigmentation is virtually maintenance-free.
